






JOHN M. COYLE was born in Grand Junction, Colorado, on July 30, 1946. He grew up in the Seattle, Washington area and obtained his undergraduate degree from the University of Washington in 1968. He attended law school at Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, California and was admitted to practice in California shortly after graduation.
Mr. Coyle served five and a half years in the U.S. Air Force as a Judge Advocate where he participated in military court-martials and other military proceedings. He left the Air Force in 1976 and has been engaged in law practice in Solano COunty and surrounding areas since that time.
Mr. Coyle has a stron connection with the local community, having served as the City Attorney for Suisun City, California for six years, the president of Solano County Legal Aid and a member of the Board of Directors for Legal Services of Northern California for eight years. He has served as a Judge Pro Tem with the Solano Courts and is a member of their mediation and arbitration panels. He has successfully litigated hundreds of cases in and around Solano County and had earned a strong reputation for his knowledge of the law and advocacy.

FRAMTA SAECHAO is a long-time resident of the community. After graduating from Fairfield High School, she obtained her undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology from UC Berkeley. From there, she attended law school at UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco and immediately thereafter, returned to Fairfield to beign her legal practice.
Ms. Saechao has an extensive background in providing direct services, working at Bay Area Legal Aid and Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach in the bay area prior to joining the Law Office of John M. Coyle. Because of this background, Ms. Saechao has a firmly grounded client-centered approach to representation. She certainly understands the diversity and complexities of the many people in the community and strives to provide each client with the best options tailored specifically to that client's unique circumstances.
Ms. Saechao is actively involved in the local community. In addition to being a member of the Solano County Bar Association, she served as a volunteer Solano County Small Claims Court Advisor. As a member of the Asian American bar Association of the Greater Bay Area, she has also provided services in the Asian Pacific Islander Legal Outreach - Asian American Bar Association legal clinics in San Francisco and Oakland.
